We provided on-site creative and tactical leadership for numerous phases over a two year period — training and supporting UX and design teams, establishing roles and responsibilities, and defining and documenting design/UX standards and guidelines.
We established key process patterns and production frameworks for business-as-usual, campaigns, promotions, continuous improvement and optimisation streams.
Design system updates supported evolving Canon Store promotions capabilities, including a 'Promotions Hub' landing experience and a set of modular components for product listing and site-wide merchandising.
